Are moving amenities available?

Yes, at select locations. In addition to our moving and packing supplies, we have moving carts or hand dollies available at our facilities.

Can I buy boxes and packing supplies at your storage facility?

Yes! If you’re about to move into a storage unit, select facilities offer moving and storage supplies that help protect your belongings. Our supplies range from boxes, packing tape, mattresses, and furniture covers to much more!

Can I change my storage unit size?

Yes! If you find yourself in need of more —or less—space, our team can help you find a better unit for your needs. When you trust our self storage company, you’re not locked into any long‑term contracts so you can change units at any time, depending on our current availability.

Can I reserve a storage unit?

Yes, you can conveniently reserve a unit online, over the phone, or in person for free! Tell us when you’d like to move in, and once that date is confirmed, we will hold that exact unit for you.

Do I need insurance for the contents of my unit?

Yes, all tenants are required to have a protection plan for the value of their belongings. For your convenience, we offer a protection plan with different options that you can purchase. Alternatively, you can provide proof of your own insurance when you move in! At that time, we will remove this fee from your account.

Do you offer any discounts to veterans?

Yes, we do! We’re a company that values your dollar. That’s why we offer many self storage discounts for all veterans and armed forces.

Do you offer more than household storage?

Yes, we offer business storage and moving storage solutions at every location! Our storage units are equipped to store just about anything you need. In addition to these, we also offer vehicle, RV, and boating storage.

How do I access my storage unit?

You, your selected family, and any business associates can access your unit with our secure keypad entry using a personal security code. Individual units are protected by a lock that is only accessible by the customer. Only contacts you authorize will be able to access your unit.

How do I store a vehicle?

To store a vehicle at our facility, we ask for proof of registration and insurance. Once those are confirmed, you can store your vehicle as long as you’d like within the storage unit or in our on‑site parking lot – we don’t require any long‑term agreements!

How long can I rent a unit?

Rent your unit for as long (or short) as you need! We offer month‑to‑month leases and bill in one‑month increments. Our goal is to make your storage experience as simple and easy as possible.

How much does a storage unit cost?

A storage unit’s cost depends on the size and features of the unit. The larger the unit, and the more features you require, the price is likely to change. We recommend reviewing your storage requirements and comparing unit sizes to find something that fits your budget and your belongings.

What kinds of boating, vehicle, and RV storage is available?

We offer indoor and outdoor vehicle storage, outdoor RV parking, and outdoor boat parking.

How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

Please give 2 weeks' notice before moving out of a unit.

What type of storage units are available?

We offer our customers a variety of storage units. Our units range from climate‑controlled storage, temperature‑controlled storage, humidity‑controlled storage, and unheated storage units.

What’s the difference between an indoor and drive‑up?

Our facility offers a variety of storage units with different accessibility. Our indoor storage units are securely indoors and can only be accessed from within our facility. Our drive‑up units can be conveniently accessed outside, allowing you to park right alongside your unit for easy loading and unloading.

When are payments due?

We can arrange automatic payments each month on a date of your choice, so you know exactly when payment is due every month.

When can I receive help from a team member regarding a rental?

You can always receive help from a team member during our business hours, so check your local hours of operation to see when a team member can assist!

What size storage unit is right for me?

Finding the right storage unit depends on the number of possessions you plan on storing at our facility. The more items you have, the more space you'll need. At our facility, you can find a variety of storage unit sizes to fit your specific needs. You can choose from small locker‑sized units to larger spaces perfect for business inventory. It's important to know what you plan to store ahead of time so that you have an idea of the space needed to fit all your belongings comfortably. How do I rent a storage unit online?

A storage unit is typically 8‑9 feet tall.

What is the administrative fee for?

The administrative fee is a one‑time fee that covers the setup of your unit and account in our systems. Through this account setup, you’ll be able to view your balance and make payments online!
