We decided to choose Premier Storage because they had a large storage unit in a great location. But, we mostly chose Premier because of the outstanding customer service and friendliness of Tasha, the facility manager. She is such a wonderful person and really cares about doing whatever she can to help her clients and anyone who comes in to look at the storage property. Her warmth, kindness, and friendliness is matched by her professionalism, customer service, and the way she always goes the extra mile to make customers and future customers feel special and valuable.

I was looking for a climate controlled storage facility to put some stuff that couldn't be stored in a garage or shed in the Mississippi ... I was looking for a climate controlled storage facility to put some stuff that couldn't be stored in a garage or shed in the Mississippi summer humidity. 1st stop fit the bill perfectly. The staff was more than helpful in assisting me to decide what size unit I would need, and got me moved in that same day. It's inside the old Hudsons in Laurel. They've done a great job transforming the building into a modern, convenient storage warehouse.

They were very nice and quite interested in how they could improve their service. I highly recommend this facility.

The service was excellent, and all the staff members from the first phone call, were friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonsable as compated to other places i called. Before my move-in was completed, I received a welcome call from Tasha! She was professional and concerned. I'm so happy i chose premier! Thank you all so much!
